FREMAP offers companies solutions and provides them with knowledge shared through the Absenteeism Management Portal, which lists the main practices and experiences expressed by companies during the seminars held throughout the country.
To do this, FREMAP organises benchmarking seminars with companies from different sectors that are committed to managing absenteeism and helping to improve their workers' health and, therefore, their productivity.
As a general rule, companies with higher absenteeism rates use more coercive techniques, while companies with lower rates use more motivating techniques. In fact, these gatherings show that companies are increasingly more concerned with providing their employees the best possible working and health conditions, because they understand that healthy employees are more motivated and more productive and that this ultimately benefits the worker, the company and the Social Security System.
