FREMAP's main concern is to be close to the workers in order to provide the best service. Thus, the philosophy of decentralising the healthcare activity, providing value to proximity.

All patients have their own attending physician who coordinates the entire sick leave process and the continuation of the treatment, a matter often involving numerous professionals.

The attending physician establishes the diagnosis and treatment, as well as any complimentary tests to be conducted, preserving the patient's intimacy and establishing the deadlines for the consultations and the guidelines according to the pathology and followed protocol.

  • Hospitals:

In FREMAP hospitals - four hospitals (Majadahonda, Seville, Barcelona and Vigo), four day hospitals (Valladolid, Jerez de la Frontera, Malaga and Zaragoza), and two private hospitals (Valencia and Bilbao) - workers are attended by specialists that provide their services to healthcare centres due to having extensive scientific-medical technology, applying the most advanced treatments and conducting medical tests and/or surgical procedures that improve the patients' recovery.
